Any Decal plugin you install has the capability of doing all kinds of nefarious things to your system. You need to trust the developer to not have done so. This trust is often 'assumed' and people don't think about it. You should. So my plugins all come with a reassurance that it is not a trojan. If it makes you think twice before installing it, that is a good thing. You should do that with EVERY plugin you install. If this statement makes you nervous, that is good, please pretend it is on every Decal plugin you install, because whether you see it or not, it's there. Only install plugins from developers you trust, and then only from the authorized download sites.
