The following thread from AC Vault gives some good suggestions on creating that perfect Sandwich....

PBJ loses kills to Pastrami/Rye/Pepperjack by about 15th level. Ham and
Cheese is good to start out with, but it ends up gimped.
Here's my Uber Sandwich Template:
    Bread: 100 (Dark Rye)
    Meat: 100 (Pastrami)
    Condiment: 10 (brown/dijon mustard)
    Cheese: 10 (PepperJack)
    Veggie: 100 (Lettuce & Tomato)
    Spice: 10 (salt & pepper)
You can personalize this template by picking whether you like Dijon or
Spicy Brown mustard better. Take red onion at 7th level, add jalapeno
or mesquite chips at 26th, and take 20 oz. Coke at 50th level.
Some people will tell you that you're better off with Pepsi or a Diet
drink at 50th, but you'll get owned by Banderling Maulers and Manglers
if you don't get the exact sugar/caffine ratio that you need on the Island.
As you level, you don't have to bump your spice skill very much. A little
salt and pepper go a long way. Increasing your condiment and cheese
skills over time will provide a more flexible, well rounded sandwich.
You always want your meat (pastrami) as high as you can possible pump it.
With this uber template, your sandwich will totally r0X0r PB&J and Ham
and Swiss by about 32nd level. Your 3733T sKeeLLz will also r0X0r at
SK (sandwich killing) if you decide to eat while playing on Darktide.
Good luck.

I've been eating that sandwich since last month, but now it's gimped and
I need to make a new sandwich. Damn Turbine and their sandwich balancing!

No sandwich template is playable if it doesn't get either Blair's Death
Sauce or Blair's Death Rain Dry spice by 20th level. You need to focus on
Meat or Veggie, not put both at 100, so that you can put at least 30 points
into either Condiment or Spice. Otherwise, a good Reuben will mop the
floor with you in SvS.

I suggest dropping Veggie to 70, as improving it past 250 is worthless.
If you want 300 Veggie, drop Bread to 10 and play a Salad.

I am so sick every one trying out and macroing the newest 'sandwich' template.

I can't wait till AO comes out so I can build myself a wicked pita pocket.

Just make sure to get a Hollow Plate for that template. If you don't, you're
screwed!

You know I'm really getting sick of people comparing AO sandwiches to AC
sandwiches. Besides, everybody knows that Shadowbane sandwiches are going to
r0xx0r!

Reubens are pretty solid in SK/SvS play, but I like the lighter, quicker
sandwich you get by replacing the thousand island dressing, kraut, and swiss
with pepperjack and brown mustard. Your buffing time goes way down when you
don't have to drain the kraut and buying thousand island dressing peas at
the tired archgrocer's shop gets expensive.

Turbine needs to give PB&J some serious love, because pastrami r0X0rz it in
SvS/SK. They need to give PB&J some Elvis-style bacon-and-banana loving!
